If a customer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs, duties, taxes, or clearance fees and the package is returned, abandoned, delayed, or destroyed, Animeillume is not responsible for resulting losses, delays, or additional charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refusing to pay customs or import-related charges does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
